With nothing to look for outside of ourselves, let’s choose the story we want to tell this Autumn.

Motivation comes from activation. It is by doing that you find the will to do more. If you imagine that a set of circumstances is controlling you, it is easier to say no - I will decide, I am in charge. Exercise and movement give us agency.
