We want to offer you a range of choices that are based on your need of affordability, security and urgency. All options are signed for. If there is an option you would prefer that we don’t currently offer, please let us know. Postage costs will be added at the checkout depending on your details and order, the chart below will give you an idea of that cost and we will ensure that it won’t be more than the guideline. We also have a cut off flat fee that is there to make sure you don’t pay more when you order more. Where possible all orders that are made by 1pm will be processed the same day.
All order(s) are signed for/tracked so please contact us by day-5 (UK orders) day-10 (European orders) day-15 (Rest of the World orders) if you have not received your order by then so that we can investigate. We are unable to take any action on lost parcels after 30 days.
