Why We Train Differently?
Movement offers unlimited variety from our fingers to our toes. This variety improves every facet of our physiology.
Movement reminds us that we live in our bodies and this gives us agency - we are in control.
Training together builds bonds and enhances our sense of self. Training together builds accountability and motivates us.
Together is a wonderful place to be.
